AMS Organic Analysis Toolkit v 1.1. Release Notes:

Please use ExtractWaves&matrices v1.1 to generate waves for new version organic analysis. 
 
Compared to v 1.0., v 1.1 contains following major changes:
 
1) v1.1 still does the two component analysis but it allows you to use m/z 31 and 71 as OOA 
and HOA tracers, in addition to 44 and 57. The reason for such options is that for some cases, 
I found 31 is a better OOA tracer than 44 and 71 is better than 57. It may worthwhile trying 
if you see good signal-to-noise at 31 and 71, but I'd still recommend using 44 and 57 for 
general application. It will be interesting to compare results to those from 44 and 57. 
 
2) The new codes are more flexible, e.g., it is no longer a problem if you do not load the species
 waves  (e.g., SO4, NO3, org, chl, NH4) and the error matrix. 
 
3) More comparison mass spectra are included.
 
4) Help texts are provided for each control. You can see them (at the bottom left of the window) 
while the cursor is over the control
 
5) The normalization procedure for organic matrix is slightly modified.
